Who?s the best credit card solution for new pay sites?
Prepping the pay sites now and have to select a credit card processing company.
With ccBill having the flap over re-bills, one wonders if there are other ?software? problems? Plus it appears they scrub like hell, making conversions even harder. There are rumors of Verotel banning clients with greater than 2% charge backs. That?s easy to do if you?re starting a new site. There are complaints about iBill?s customer service on GFY. Read a thread that Epoch is scrubbing hard too or at least sales have fallen off. Add to the headache all those that went out of business. Reading GFY can make one cynical with negative comments about all of them. Looking for a company that will cut a new site some slack, be diligent about fraud, but not absolutely kill sales and it would be nice to avoid the $750 Visa charge. One last thing, I?d like to have the feeling that they will still be in business this time next year. |

we've used ccbill as our primary for 3 years and have loved them.
Sure there have been a couple glitches - but all have been resolved. that one that you allude to - did it actually affect any revenue. I thought it just looked like the affiliates weren't getting paid. but they really were. Anyway, there have been a ton of companies that have gone out of business for not complying with visa - psw, probillign maybe...the list is long... It seems like CCBill is in complete compliance. Hell we have a ton of cash on the line everymonth, with them, and that's where i'm keepingit. hope that counts for something |

We use Netbilling as our primary and CCbill as backup. Those 2 are the best.
