And money he spend on advertising... brings him signups where he doesnt have to pay affiliates... on 100 joins/day (theoretical).. how many do you think he can pull by himself..?

I own a content company, production company, and paysite company. We do it all. Many eggs in many baskets. It works for me.

We have some new things coming along on the paysite end of things, as soon as we can finish up some programming issues.

I like the idea and the sites look great.. Anyway I think it could be done much cheaper by working directly with a photographer and a designer.

Cheaper than what? This stuff, along with a great deal of SIC's other "reality" style" content/sites, is produced in Vancouver and even though the US Dollar to CDN Dollar isn't as good as it used to be a couple years ago, it's still WAY less expensive for SIC to get their stuff produced up here versus in the States.

And, he already does work directly with a "photographer"; ME!

I didn?t say it isn?t smart from his side but If a company wants to make a reality site why wouldn?t they work directly with someone like you instead of having a company in-between. For example Photo Gregg did a lot of reality content for many companies.

I can GUARANTEE it can be done MUCH cheaper than that.

2. You get 20-30 minutes of video, plus the design of the site.
3. This does NOT include updates.
4. You get to sign a 6 to 12 month contract to buy updates.

i don't deny for a second that the price brad is charging is outragious and only a total idiot without a clue about this industry would pay it, but there is a sucker born every minuit and the amount of people out there with stupid money prepared to throw it at something they don't know shit about is insane and the sale of those sites by brad only proves that.
