I respect your opinion, But I know, because I was there. I am not just bashing. There is a lot that you don't know about the situation, but I do. So I am free to comment on it. What goes on behind the scenes is very different then the "Rosy Picture" that gets painted for public view. Enough said. Everyone is entitled to there own views.

Quite frankly Matt, what goes on there is no one's business but those that are there. As for the rosy picture, I've known Marc since the days of 25 sales a day, and what he's accomplished (with a lot of peoples help, as he is fond of pointing out) is incredible. No company is a perfect fit for everyone, if that were the case we'd all work at the same place from the time we got a job til we retired.

My point to you is that it's very bad form to make negative comments about your former employer, especially in public, since anyone reading that will be very wary of hiring you since they would expect the same treatment if you were no longer working with them.

I wish you nothing but the best of luck with what you're doing in the future, you seem to be a nice guy and I'm sure you'll make out well.

1/2 Right, you can thank the Patriot Act for this one. Due to the large amount of people that are paid on a weekly basis the IRS requires us to keep PAPER copies of the W-9 form.
