These are just kids who are playing webmasters and have no idea what you are talking about. I know what you need, but unfortunately I am sold out for a while.
You need to use your industry contacts to talk to some of the real players and contract a deal. Posting on Gfy isn't gonna help you much.
However recently I haven't seen many deals go for under $50k so you might need a good bank roll. Also make sure you get references.
