my members area is wide open, help

    Help me
I have a site with Ibill. Somebody either hacked my server, or stole my userpass when they were at my office (I know who this troll is) I reset my password, and I fixed the html on the join page so I can take CC sign ups again, but, for some reason when you click on my members button it takes you straight into the members area index page.

There's no little Ibill box, and the link just goes straight through so my members area is wide open.

My question is what protects the members area of my site? Is that in the CGI Script?

Any thoughts ideas suggestions, offers to fix it are welcome.

    James

You do need an .htaccess file in any directory you wish to protect but its hidden in most ftp clients unless you know how to pull it up. If your host can't/won't help you with this email [email protected]

                  . . . and then find a new/real host!
