if you want high reliability and excellent backbone connections, then I'd recommend he.net, however we use ev1servers.net (formally rackshack) current because of price and lots of bandwidth

and most of the time you don't need support, these guys are fucking sick, they fix stuff before you know it was crashed. Had some database problems being solved before I contacted support... contacted them, "allready been working on that sir! we have fixed that 5 min ago"
