yeah i usually at least turn on my monitor and do a little something on the computer before even pissing or anything

Strangely, I don't think anyone mentioned eating breakfast. The first thing I do in the morning is pour myself a bowl of Cheerios (of the Honey Nut persuasion).

Get kids dressed, feed kids, make kids amused so I can eat, wash dishes, do some chores, turn on the computer let it boot up while I do more chores, put away any laundry (I do a little every day so I don't get overwhelmed)... all that before 7am

Breakfast first and I hit the gym after.

take a nice long piss, a bonghit, then hop in the shower
