College Club Email Group Marketing -- SPAM???
As everyone knows CAN SPAM is now law. With that said, is it LEGAL to market to email community sites with really targeted and high converting gay sections like Collegeclub.com IF:
1) No fake headers 2) Post only on topic pics with 1 text link 3) Don't swap out your screen name, just keep the same screen name for easier blocking We'd like to keep compliant so any advise would be great

This works on the same principle as Yahoogroups / Lycos groups / MSN. As long as you send people the on topic content they asked for when they opted in, its probably okay to put a link with the content.
