I just spoke to him on ICQ. He refuses to give us a tracking #, however he stated that if we do not receive the rest of them by the 25th, that he will "refound" our $, AND give us the cards.
We shall see.

At this point... I don't quite believe his stories about UPS, no tracking #s, or that he has even printed them... but, he said the 25th. So we'll go with that for now. (To be continued...)
