Canvas bands rule - I work with electronics alot at home, and I used to wear a metal band, but one day I got shocked and that shit pinched the fucking crap out of my arm so badly it bled.

I switched over to a plastic band, but that dug and cut my skin when I was working in close with stuff.

And so I didn't wear a watch for a long time because it was pointless for me to keep taking it on and off to work on shit, then I got the canvas Expedition for Christmas a few years ago and it's been all good since. It's flexible for me when I need it, and it doesn't dig or pinch.
