The whole purpose of owning a paysite is for the rebills...
but when processors go down its hard to get rebills, isnt it?

yes, that's why when the Visa fees hit and every processor except ibill would refund the processing fee, we still had to stay with ibill and pay it, couldn't take the rebills with us
