must have design (not a cookie cutter design)
some content (and some in reserve for regular updates)
must have existing processor!(that can be transferred)

i dont mind to much about current members or traffic.

I DO NOT WANT ANY TURNKEY SOLUTIONS!

i think paysites are that kind of sites that only get sold when people are leaving this biz or the site converts shit

it doesnt have to have members,
just processing, content, design etc.
