its times like this i would like to rule the world. of course there would be no more money wasted on looking for marijuana in the old breweries, teachers would make more money and law enforcement would be directed where it should be. Protection of innocent citizens.

If governments didnt waste so much money on bullshit they could afford to nip shit like this in the bud. 13 fucking years for them to report this shit? the person who reported it would receive some leniency, 6 years in a cage in diapers. the parents (stepparents, whatever) would be in a cage for 26 years.
