Anybody know if the ability to wire with sites using mpa2 is a function of the software or the site owner?

Wire as a payment method can be chosen by the affiliate, and the program owner will set the parameters for this to be triggered by QuickBooks - which is the platform implemented to handle affiliate payments.

So it is up to the program owner
