How do I get through the day job today?
I can barely see straight, I was sooooo sleep deprived and I capped that off by NO SLEEP last night.

Nice job.

Can't think.

Can't talk.

Any suggestions? How do i snap out of this? How do I fake it?

Its a natural fit. Problem is running 2+ companies doesn't allow much sleep.

Quit one of your jobs, take a vacation to Hawaii, then come back and relax with your one job. It can't honestly be satisfying to be working two jobs and be getting no sleep.

No, its not... but I AM both companies. If I quit either one, a bunch of people get fired and a bunch of investors go fucking ape shit.

On the other hand, it is actually fun, and often very satisfying... except for the sleep thing.
Having a 3 week old baby doesn't help on that end.

Ok then, think about the baby. In all honesty, if you continue to work yourself like you are currently doing, you're going to die a very young man, and that would be cruel to everyone in your life. Perhaps you need a second in command at one of these companies that you can pass most of your responsibility off to.
