Some of the guys I deal with like to flirt with me while I'm taking care of account issues. I'm never the one to initiate it. You can still get biz done and be flirty in a respectful manner if both parties are on the same level.

On the flipside I have a ton of people I deal with and it's just biz, no chit-chat and that works for me too. :2 cents:

If a program is halfway decent, I will never have to talk to a customer rep. The only reason I ever contact a program is:

A. They fucked up somehow, especially if I'm missing a check or the check is low.

B. I have questions about their program because their site didn't explain things very well.

C. I have a special request...like a password to the members area or a request for more banners or something.

It depends on who you know in this business, how dependable you are, how many ppl you haven't fucked over in the process. Word of mouth is fucking quick in this business. All I do is keep it real, and stay away from ppl I don't like and I'm fine, I don't do business with ppl I'd rather see eat a dick to bullshit. :2 cents:

Females I have seen do have it easier in this business. Porn is a man's world in a sense even though I surf like the best of them, but as long as you know your shit then who cares if your male or female. And about flirting. I'm guilty in the past of doing that before I got a job in the industry. There are alot of cute guys and gals in this business but is flirting gonna get me bling bling? Hmm that's a hard one but I'm working an industry job and mainstream so my focus is on work right now.
