Thanks everyone for your boost of confidence. But selling this domain for $220k (upfront)? It's my domain name, and believe me, more than anyone - I'd love to aknowledge and accept the comments presented as rational. But I just cannot see this domain being worth that much (over $300k).

I am cutting off my nose to spite my face - I know. Potential buyers will probably see this vulnerability and exploit my under valued thoughts of this name....
