suggestions for laptop-
hey guys,
appreciate any suggestions for a laptop. I will be using it for video editing, web dev stuff. possibly accounting. thanks

If you don't need it to be totally portable then the Alienware models are probably the most powerful you can get.
If you need good battery life then look elsewhere. |

Hey. We are also looking for a laptop that will be a do all machine... We were thinking in the lines of the HP AMD with the 17 inch monitor...
Still thinking about it... Thought about a Dell also, but getting them fixed is a pain in the ass unless you pay the 3 or 4 hundred for the in home service..

Sony Vaio is the way to go - using them for over 3 years so far...kinda expensive but well worth it... |
