I selling this for a friend, becouse i know i don't have that kind of money

Complete webmaster program for sale, with content, sponsor program and ready to start without any hard work.
The program is here: http://www.recurring.net The domain alone has a value.
The freehost is right now offline.
There is around 30-40 active webmasters, but a list of 300-400 previos webmasters.
Content are from Matrix, FA productions, clutchcontent, sobecontent and some others content providers. and have a value around $10k We dont know about tranfer so please don't ask!
All paysites are being updatet from a central script and there should be content for the next year. The script is named a-conman a screeshot here:

The price is over 6k. There should be around 1-1.3k$ om the CCbill account, the buyer allso get them.

I forgot there is maby 30 active members. There has not being worked on the site for the last half year and the webmaster has only mainstream sites now and he has told me will not enter adult again. Off couse he mith change hes mind, but right now he is out for good.

I am trying to call the content providers, but it seems like only the voicemail are at work.

The 4 maincontent providers are:
Sobegirl/sobecontent i thing that can be tranfered.
Matrix I don't thing that is possible to tranfer.
FA production and Clutchcontent, i don't know.

The offer as it is right now is $6.000

I have being asked if the design and all that are include and it is

He is selling becouse of the danish VAT. He has to pay 25% in VAT on every sale he make and that leaves him with allmost nothing.

ex: If 1 webmaster sell for 500$, he has to pay 100$ in VAT and 250$ to the webmaster. He allso had to pay the CCbill fee and then there is around 80$ back to him.

If the webmaster sell for 1000$ with the program it runs now, he has to pay 200$ in VAT, 750$ to the webmaster and 160$ in CCbill fee. Leaves him with a minus 90$

Reason for this is that the danish tax office want VAT for every single sale nomatter to who the membership was sold to and that is allso the reason that many danes have a company in UK.

I don't know but i dont thing he want to go to jail for it.

Well, i have talked with 2 content providers now:
FA Production, has a tranferfee on 25$ and the new owner has to sign the licens agreement.
Matrix content can't normaly not be tranfered, but i thing we have a agreement, that if the content stays on the sites it is now and it is only the domains changing owner, it could be done. But before i have it on a mail i can't be 100% sure. Off couse the new owner should sign the licens agreement.

I could not get in contact with the last 2 content providers.
