I quit drinking alcohol since the beginning of the year and for the year. Sometimes I feel like shit now.

How can YOU handle the abstinent life?

I quit smoking a year ago, I've been on a diet since July, and I haven't had anything to drink other than maybe 2 or 3 glasses of wine in almost a year. I feel great.

It took me a few tries, then one day I just stopped and didn't miss it. Now I'm one of those non-smoking people that can't stand to be around smokers

Yeah... Hehehe, I can sober up for long periods of time. Though there are weeks were I'll take to the smoke and booze pretty good.

i drink at least a 6 pack a day, gamble way to much, and i smoke weed rarely and i feel dam good.

I quit smoking.. but always end up smoking at Internext.

This time, it stuck with me.. I didn't smoke for a month but just over the past few days .. I've been smoking in the garage LOL don't want that nasty smell in my new house. Gotta quit while I'm ahead !!

Been dieting since last September. That's a walk in the park now... and I really do feel a lot better. Trying to beat my diabetes before it kills me ;)

When I start to drink usually I can't stop until I lost my coordination, so the "Party was good, if you're feel ashamed in the morning" statement works almost always

Oh, man..diabetes is serious shit..I think I couldn't dieting for a long time, so it suggest to me a respect to that ascetic behavior..
