Looks like the traffic is there...for now at least. I'd definitely contact all the trades and see how long they've been active and how steady and productive the traffic is.

As far the income...if the traffic figures are correct...the income seems low. I'm not really that familiar with the mature niche...but I would expect a niche site with quality traffic like this to make more than that.

No reason they couldn't just hire some fool for $100 a day to run the site, instead of losing all that potential money from the future by selling for 35k, it's bullshit, nothing else.

Don't know this guy personally, but he trades with a lot of people I trade with, and he's been on their toplists for a while. Traffic should be legit, even though 120k isn't very big anymore (sorry, but there are bigger mature text TGPs out there). Haven't really looked at the site - dont know who he's using as a sponsor(s). I have had sites at the same traffic level sending 10-15 joins/day to a recurring program, and that was off one ad way before the days of hosted galleries.

I would wonder why they dont hire someone to run the site, but I wouldn't go screaming 'shenanigans', either.

as for 30-45 SU/day - why not? @ 120k it's easy

but the price tag of $35k, even for starters is waaaay too smelly. i'd say it should be at least 2-3 times more expensive
