Whats the deal on gambling payouts? Lets say I win $100k but I bought chips for $50k, what should I do? Im talking about offshore online poker places....

from what i understand you have to claim the 50k net income.
(thats if it enters your bank account) Gambling Losses can be written off.... I will find out if its a % or whole amount. If you come out an overall winner you must pay taxes on it. (I will find out if its considered general income or capital gains or some BS)
