You can show them a sale-making layout, tell them exactly how to do it, how to link their pages together, etc... and they'll just sit on their ass whining about how they're not making any money.

I am a bit surprised by your reply. If I get scammed once I go pretty much like this ... actually I am sort of a vengeful spirit who will even work hard to bring down someone who scammed me - and I am sort of operating under the assumption that everyone else is sort of similar.
