They all work very similar, I'd use Advanced Submitter or Russian Submitter, if I was you...

Advanced Rocks, we stopped using russian and replaced it with chamelon.

To be honest, both Advanced and Chameleon are great tools. They cost money, though. And, however much they're automized, they take considerable time to not only submit, but also mantain.

GallerySubmitter.com is free and no maintenance required.

Question about Advanced Submitter, if I use it to submit manually, from what I understand, it automatically fills out everything including the url correct?

Is there a way to configure it so that you have to click only once on a tgp name, instead of clicking it twice to go to a tgp submit page? With GASS I just have to click once, I don't think it's good for my wrist/hands to be clicking twice as much.

What's the difference between using Advanced Submittter for manual hand submits versus using GASS w/roboform?

you'll just start hand suhbmitting process by one click, and submit windows are popping up automatically after submitting to previous tgp
