Your question is kind of vague. Is this a breach of a promise to deliver services for money you paid or something different? Do you have a written agreement? Give me some more info and I can give you some general guidance. etc.

You need someone a litttle more, how can I put it... hands on.  There are fully insured and registered services in California that provide the kind of services I am speaking of.
