I only got back in to the UK about 12 hours ago and I am jetlagged to hell so I am sure I will think of other things but just somethings:

- Everyone is shorter than I thought they would be - and I am a serious short ass.

- To plant myself in key locations on the floor and let people bump into me rather than me walking around in circles trying to find them. If that fails tell everyone you meet the people you are looking to meet and eventually someone will get the word back to that person.

- Next year figure out how to rent a cell phone because for a small town Vegas is a big place with lots of places for people to hide.

- US Airways has cleaning crew in Vegas that are more than willing to steal a wallet off a man in a wheelchair whilst he is being helped into a wheel chair.

- The Aladdin computers in the room thing is a great help.

- The Aladdin however is 'alive' in the sense that everytime you touch anything metal and electrical you get a shock. I ended up holding money in a tissue before putting it in a slot machine after one shock came complete with a blue spark.

- Wearing your pass back to a hotel other than the one the convention is held near brings all the old guys who are waiting for AVN to start out of the woodwork and they start asking you about porn stars.

- Most people are a lot nicer and/or wimpier to you face

- The last day on the floor was the most productive because most of the 'just there for the beer and boobs' types were still passed out.

- Ducking flying boobs on the convention floor is a true skill.

- Tofu is a serious cutie, a nice guy and rubbish at video Volleyball.

- Despite being from Texas Stacycat does not have a Texan accent.

- Denny's waitresses approach physical meltdown when presented with 30 people walking in and asking for a table.

- Mr and Mrs Marylou are seriously cool and Mrs Marylou in particular knows how to get her freebees.

- Amelia and Forrest Black are hard to pin down but really worth it when you finally meet them.

- European Lee and the Studmoney crew are real sweethearts. I wish I had met them earlier on in the show.

(one for the girls to understand) - an eight hour flight with cramps is not nice ..always pack midol.

yeah, we are going to do that next time. This was our first time taking our own chair on a plane.

A female cleaner helped him and then his wallet was gone. The airline claim that there was only one male cleaner on the plane. Well I guess she could have been a shemale but beyond our wallet it is kind of of a sercurity loophole if they really don't know who is on their planes

The chair was also always a bit bent when it was brought back up for him but a screwdriver will always fix it. I was more ticked off that the scooter rental company we booked in Novemeber never delivered the chair and then didn't want to refund me the money. Next year we just rent them from the hotel.

Ours is second hand because he has a scooter at home and because frankly new chairs are insanely priced but I think we will save up for a new one. I am trying to find out if there are any that have some sort of bar across the back for pushing (kind of like a luggage cart at the airport) rather than just the handles. After about ten days of pushing the chair my hands were a bit tired from gripping the handles.

Just have a pushing bar made. Shouldn't be hard at all to find someone that would be willing to make one for you. They might even do it for free. Who knows.

yeah I think you deflected that one after I got hit in the ear hence my flinching but you did do a great job of saving me from needing a nose job or something. Was even better since you were talking to someone at the time and your hand just went up in reflex.

you are from uk right ? if you get a TRI-BAND fone and roaming it'll work in USA

its a bit patchy though in Vegas I dunno why it works better in florida

No kidding, I was seriously annoying everyone I met by asking them if they knew you and if so had they seen you. The whole cell phone thing will be sorted out next time because it drove me a bit batty. I mean, I had to stake out the exit to the hall to find Lee.

ForrestBlack is a tall guy but I think that my short arse genes have some sort of cut off point that once someone is over a foot taller than me I stop noticing.

problem is that my hubby liked my 'vegas voice'..he kept mentioning Kathleen Turner.

We ended up filling the bathroom sink with some water over night and it helped a bit.
