    #8 finally retired in Boston

    The Bruins finally retired Cam Neely's #8 in Boston last night.

    Long time coming I would say. Nobody will ever know what kind of full career numbers he would have put up had it not been for his knee problems cutting his longevity as a great hockey player.

          Him and 1,000 other players. Cam was good but alot of guys careers ended early.

              Not many who scored 50 goals in 50 games AND dominate physically. Neely would have been one of the all time greats.
