I think what he is asking is no up sells at all and add on to your current members area so you can have live cam girls in your members area like a 24 hour nude chat... It would add stickiness to your sites... that?s where the pay per hour comes in because if they cant up sell then where does the cash come from?? It would be paid out by the webmaster using the girls, but he would make it up by joins to the site as well as the recurring as live girls would keep them around longer in theory...

I would say $20 a hour , that may not be as much as a webcam superstar makes but you could get fine young college girls looking to make part time money and dont have the patience to sit for hours waiting for something to happen.It beats working at starbucks.

I think that the rev share idea would have the best potential.

instead of the gile only making 20 per hour, she could make a hell of a lot more. Depending on how many peopl sign up to see her and how long she can keep him rebilling. After a few months that can turn into thousands a week...

by being on your site she will build a base. trust me it has been done and will continue. i have been doing camshows/mgmt for over 6 years these girls will find a way. hell even members /other webmasters will ask the girls to do on the side..

i've seen the same thing kinda why i started this thread and wanted to see what others input was on it

the giving out the email is a very smart thing to do this was also done and seemed to work the girls email box was full of little simple task like can you email me once a day and say hi and stupid BS that can be done in the cam girls day when she is getting paid... you take care of the girls and they will take care of you

Unless you have a contract , like a friend of mine .He gets so much money for every video he produces, doesnt have to worry about selling it . Just hands in the master tape and gets a check or if your a big company you have distribution and you know if a video meets certain productions guide lines you will sell at least a certain number. For the small web guy when you pay a model you are taking a gamble. There are costs involved in running your company ,all the sweat equity you invested . Like we are going to start producing dvd's I dont know how they will do, so when I am paying a girl I am going to be conservative because I am gambling. Also people act like you pay the girl $500 and you make a million I wish it was that easy. lol

Imlive has this happy hour thing where the camhost get $20 an hour, they all want to get in.
We have a few couples and single girls working with us, they run 4 to 6 sites silmutaneously, and sometimes spend whole hours waiting for a call.

A few months back, they were averaging $70 per hour, but lately it's been more like $25.

If you offer 15 to $20 an hour and do not mind the fact that they will be working on other sites at the same time, then you should have no problems recruiting.

As for the top chathost, they are in a different league and only represent the top 2%
