Most people dont even consider galleries anything important, unless of course you design them for people like I do and they get riped, it sucks, he has been doing this for awhile, if I can do something I will, but there really isnt much I can do.

There certainly is some things you can do. Any host that would look at the comparative information you have as proof of his copying and not shut him down, well.... a thread can be made about that host too. GFY is big enough to be a pain in anyone's ass if they ask for it.
