                                      Most people dont even consider galleries anything important, unless of course you design them for people like I do and they get riped, it sucks, he has been doing this for awhile, if I can do something I will, but there really isnt much I can do.

Any host that would look at the comparative information you have as proof of his copying and not shut him down, well.... a thread can be made about that host too. GFY is big enough to be a pain in anyone's ass if they ask for it.
