Damnit!

Here's the story. He sold me 15 gallery templates and all the databases he has listed on his site.

After a month i found out that at least one of the templates is copied from Fletch XXX:

Now that's some fine copying art isn't it?

On top of that. The niche DB he sold me has been copied from lil2rich4u.

If every designer around here could take a look at the following templates, and tell me if more has been copied from anybody, please

no worries man.

as I said last time around, a client came to me and showed me what you showed me. I made a thread, some thought "ah its only similar" and his defense was that he didnt actually "steal" any images, well this time he did, I am willing to put money he has sold others templates that were copies too, his game is he only puts templates on his site that atre just "similar" but sells the copied ones, he is a con and a crook.

Anyone know his host?

May it's time for guys like you to do something.
Try to get a location of this guy and file a suit in small claims court. It's will cost you a few bucks to file (anywhere from 0$ to $80 depending on where you live and then about $25 to get him served); but maybe through the process you will figure out a way to get these people. You probably will not get the first guy but you will probably learn how to get the next one.

It's getting tough to make money and stopping these rip offs might pay off for you in the long run. You definately would have made money from the templates sales that the copy cat sold.

That's right; they are the ones that are actually publishing your material on the web. If you inform his host and they don't delete your material then they are liable in court. Why sue them? Because there location is easier to find and they can be servered with the papers. It's his host that is actually letting him get away with it. They would delete him in a second if he upload CP so why not delete him for copyright violations. Illegal is illegal.

He didnt just steal, he STOLE and RESOLD. He was basically stealing my templates from portfolio and reselling them.
