Peyton Manning is Now a Master

I saw, on one play, him get his team to the line of scrimmage early, call out the Chiefs formations, audible, get his running back into the right position TWICE after yelling out the audible to him, get the play off with 2 seconds left on the playclock.........then calmly loft a TD pass to the left corner in the end zone........

that was magnificent!

His numbers for the 2 playoff games are almost perfect......

Congrats to the classy Manning and the Colts, and hats off to the classy and great coach Tony Dungy!

See you in New England for hopefully a great AFC Championship Game!

You can thank Holmes and Andersen and Morton for that win. But Manning was slick. If KC spends some time and money on defense in the offseason, you'll see a different result next year. I like the Colts, but KC was my team, blah!

I hope he continues his hot streak right through New England to the big show. Very impressive.

Gonna be a HELLUVA match up next week.............Manning, easily the smarters QB in the league right now, trying to adjust to Belichick, easily the defensive guru of the league right now.

Peyton is going to have to keep them in it early as you know Brady & Co. will move the ball on that Indy defense. If you are a Colt fan, better hope you can hang in there in the first half. If the Colts can hang around, they can win it.

Sanders' mouth is wider than his tiny skull which houses his miniscule brain. To think this guy actually wanted to be the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. Can you imagine the Falcons game plans, week-to-week, if he was? Thinnest playbook alive.

The CBS Pregame show should lose him and keep Shannon Sharpe for next year; at least Sharpe, despite his own big mouth, is smart and eloquent, unlike the obnoxious and self-promoting Sanders.

CBS has the worst commentators and Sanders is a huge part of that, Sharp would be a more then welcome addition. And Goose on the sideline for Fox is classic. I miss him on the field and I already miss Sharp.

Actually that was the first time in a long time a QB reminded of me of Montana. You couldn't blitz Montana. He had an answer for everything. Same with Manning today. He beat every blitz today. I have never seen that done. Not one punt in two playoff games?!? Unreal.

My question is why didn't KC try an onside kick? They were very aware their defense hadn't stopped Indy all day. They were ballsy enough to go for it twice on 4th down yet wimped out when it mattered most. Especially given the success of the onside kick this year.
