I don't have a dog in this race, but it appears to me, by all of the posts, that some of you are still trying to convince the readers that this Jeff guy should be avoided..

If, in the case of this thread, the girl is owed money, then any contract is void and she can demand that all of her content be pulled from the site.

And.. all affiliates can pull their links..

It's been shown in numerous threads that any affiliation is an obvious risk and not worth taking it.

Another case of, "theft of services" which can land the guy in jail until the amount owed is paid in full..

And another case of passing bad checks..

Such a track record should tell all who continue to do business.. you deserve what you get..

There are just too many excuses. Ultimately, the blame has to fall on the person who runs the company - that's what he is getting paid for....to take the blame and be responsible for proper fiscal management of the company.

The truth about jeff is that he seems to be to chicken to respond in the "pay tootie" thread. A bit sad if you ask me as this could be handled pretty easy. Guess he won't care if I put up the single girl designs for free download at my page.

the kicker here is that someone else will come along with the same deal and this person will be the real deal (honest, up front, willing to pay, the whole shabang) and she will either be so hesitant to do the deal that she may end up costing it to happen (by no real fault of her own) or she may just end up walking away from it all together because one person screwed her up for anyone else that comes along.

if jeff wrote bad checks and didn't make good, it's a crime. then he slanders this girl's sex life - and if what he said is knowingly not true, it's also illegal.

if it was true, it has nothing to do with the fact he owes her money and chose to commit a crime.

Since this post originated, three very important people have left Perfection Girls. Obviously, Dana was the first to jump ship! Then Fletcher realized what a losing proposition Perfection Girls actually is. Now, Scooter has left.

In the span of only two months, Perfection has lost it's cutest model, it's main designer/programmer, and it marketing/traffic person. In addition, these were people who were all very loyal to Jeff. This should tell everyone something about his character. If he is willing to destroy relationships with "friends", then just imagine what he is willing to do to people who are not close to him.

I wish Dana, Fletcher, and Scooter the best of luck! I only hope Jeff finally receives retribution for his dishonesty.

Im not sure where you live , but theres an easy solution to this problem.. In most u.s. states it's illegal to bounce a check. COntact the police have them put him on the hot check list and they will go and arrest him. Very simple. If he doesnt pay he will be arrested and thrown in jail.

Even easier sell the bad check to a collection agency for 75%. They will do all the paperwork and have him arrested if he fails to pay.
