I have said many times that affiliates information will not be givin to acacia. I am dead set against doing that, and wouldnt even consider it. btw.. 50 agreements with acacia lol |
Quote:
then its possible to have a rational conversation with them... other than that, all that has happend is we have weeded out the 10 click a day part time webmasters that dont know what they are even arguing about.. Epic wont fail. I can assure anyone here. we have our shit together and are 100% legit. we are here for business, not shaving, or scamming, or selling personal info. |
"So here's the deal, send us 20 signups and we will donate $200 to the IMPA on your behalf."
This is a lie to your affiliates and a violation of your liscense agreement! There is NO way the liscense terms allow you to do that without it being violation! Unless of course you got some other agreement... So you steel BYOT. You Sign on... You lie to your affiliates... Damn... |
Quote:
I stole byot? I lie to my affiliates? lol are you smoking crack? where did that come from? |

quit being such a hater and making shit up. if you have something solid then you can run your mouth kid. |

I am not suggesting a statement on his part, but a legal document from EC to their affiliates, which is a complete other matter in terms of legality, then a statement. That was just a though...because i don't think they are even allowed to do such a thing now. Anyway, i don't see why EC went public with this with their affiliates with a marketing e-mail. They could have stayed with a simple informative notification, and leave it there. They would have showed more respect to affiliates, then to include this into a sales pitch. It just was a lack of taste, and somewhat basic respect toward the affiliates. When you send an e-mail like that, words and their interpretations, do matter. In this case i felt it was really obvious that it was a clumsy e-mail to send... If EC got a 12 pages topics flaming war, i think it's more of the way they took to informed their affiliates than the actual fact they join the Acacia list... |
Are you saying that you can send $200.00 to IMPA with 20 Sign-ups?
Yes you are... So you are saying that you can do that under the terms? We all know ARS made BYOT first and you copied the idea... Need I say anything more about that? or you having a hard time reading? |
Quote:
cause we have nothing to hide asshole. dont you get it? I havent denied that we settled. Im glad we did, so we can move the fuck on and make money. are you really this stupid? any person with any business sense at all can see this. I fucking hate dealing with ignorant people. |
|
Quote:
jesus you are tiring. ARS doesnt own the trademark inwhich they send me a C&D for and we responded to the c&d with plenty of proof they didnt have shit. and they dropped it. wtf does byot have todo with this? you are just trying to cause more shit. and as far as what I can do with the $200 is my problem. not yours. For ever donation we give, I will post proof we sent it to IMPA. go fuck yourself you little bitch. |
JFP has a massive cock. about 200 of em actually

I am demonstrating what kind of business man you are...
If you are proud of what you do ya wouldnt let what I have to say get to you... However you made a public statement that you can not follow through with legally... Unless of course you violate the liscense agreement, or you have an arrangment that permits you to do what ya said in your statement to afiliates. Is this a business strategy of yours, or proof that you will sign somthing and do somthing else that violates an agreement with another party? |

Epic stood up and put some money on the line to help out their affiliates. They coulda just said fuck all you and I doubt their biz would suffer much. I don't see how offering their affiliates an extra $200 for 20 signups is in bad taste. Affiliate programs do this all the time - Epic is just using 12 pages of free publicity as an excuse to give their webmasters a bit more money... and of course, to entice new webmasters to sign up for their program. I dont see you bash other affiliate programs when they offer to pay webmasters a bit more cash for some extra signups? As for the legal statement and disclosing their agreement with Acacia, I doubt they are allowed to do so either, but I am not a lawyer. Anyways, whatever. I dont really give a fuck. And I bet Trey is happy for you to keep bumping these threads - giving his program lotsa publicity for free. |

have you read our agreement? are you a lawyer for me or acacia? are you a judge? or are you just talkign shit as usual? you are a fucking moron. |

I started some comments about the content of your e-mail, and done it with some valid questions. I still think it was over the line to insinuate you could protect us this way, and to do it without mentionning the "outside acacia sponsors" in your e-mail. You are pretty fast to state i am ignorant, yet you seems to forhot to include some important facts in your e-mail...were you also ignorant when it was done ? |
Quote:
you started in on me in the other thread. I dont forget. you do not deserve respect from me. get lost |

No problem about the respect, it was broken with the e-mail. And you still evading my e-mail comments...But i will do you favor and stop asking you, since you ask for it. I see there is no point in asking for an intelligent answer to it. |
Do you read what you write???
"So here's the deal, send us 20 signups and we will donate $200 to the IMPA on your behalf." Sounds to me like this is NOT sent to an affiliate in trust that it will go to the IMPA. This is a statement that reads EC will donate the money to the IMPA itself. |

Other programs use Monday as justification for their promo. I hate mondays, yet I dont bash these programs for giving out extra money on mondays... wtf. If you dont like Epic, dont promote Epic. If you want to bash someone, do it in a more intelligent manner. You aren't looking very good in here. |
Quote:
Intelligent manner...i don't know. I think i have ask pretty straight forward questions. Maybe my english isn't perfect or perfectely written but the general ideas are there, i hope... As for looking good, who does at GFY ? |
Quote:
I dont see Epic hiding the facts or doing shady biz here. I dont see any problem in taking a necessary evil and turning it into a bonus for their affiliates. If you do, then don't promote them. As for the working world, I dont understand what that comment is about, but if you are implying I am too young and not successful enough to understand your point... well, lets just say you are way off the mark. And yes, GFY does make just about everyone look idiotic. One of the reasons I rarely post :glugglug |

Good i guess...but you would recognised that such statements have been diluted by some of the previous Cie who have sold the informations. Not your fault, but it's harder to beleive it now... Ok, The Pats, Titans game is too interesting...so i am getting lost now. |
I am picking your brain here and your gonna walk away from the discussion so soon?
Your pretty fun when your sparing with Serge but when the real questions are asked ya just walk away? If you can legally send $200.00 Bucks for 20 sign-ups to the IMPA through your company as you have said I will send you 20 signups a week. This is not a promo. I am certain you can not do what you have said on this issue. You are making a mockery of agreements with other parties and have attempted to candy coat your situation by selling a lie to affiliates. |
Quote:
That's assuming you can send 20 signups however. |
Nah...
Someone else will send 20 sign-ups and will ask for proof down the line:1orglaugh This guy is cutting himself up and every sign-up brings em closer to bankruptcy. I am trying to help em... |
Quote:
Yah, i think i will slow my posting too :1orglaugh . It so easy to be caught into those passionate topics. Back to the Pats now... |
Gonna get some coffee I guess and bump this later...
|
bump
|
Are you ready to continue your promotion?
Are you able to send donations to IMPA on behalf of Affiliates? |

Its not a matter of hating.
It a matter of getting information. Now you might be wondering why I have hit on certain points. I was interested in BYOT. If you check your affiliates I recently signed up. I signed up to create BYOT's. 1: You implemented BYOT and cleared up the fact there is not a trademark infringement on the idea. BYOT is said to be originally innovated by BillPMB according to other sources. Thus BYOT is a loose animal which I did not know nor is it common knowledge. 2: You say you will donate to the IMPA $200 bucks per 20 sign-ups on behalf of an affiliate and you will do it. I was lookin forward to doing some BYOT's I just can bring myself to do it now. So hopefully ya understand why I brought the things up however I am rather pissed about the situation. Good luck man. Looks like you know what your doing, its your business I just dissagree with some of it. |
