    Intresting Epic Cash article

Here's a little quote from it even.

Have you had any contact with Acacia? They're a big worry right now - more and more people are looking to big programs to stand up and fight them. Will you be doing the same?

I expect a letter any day now from those cocksuckers. But as of now, no news is good news. I will deal with it if and when epic is served. I very much support the programs that are standing up to them.

This article was done before we recieved any word from acacia, and just so everyone knows personally supporting and having to settle for a bussiness reason are different things, some people don't get that..

What would you do? Close down cuz your lawyers say you will loose so much defending this? And you won't be able to pay affiliates because you are closed..

Or. Would you settle to continue doing business, to continue paying the affiliates that DEPEND on the checks that we send to them, that pay their rent, their car payments, their kids clothes, all that stuff.. theres much more to all this than people think, its much more than a simple (You must fight at all costs) issue..

      Thanks..
      I'm here for the violence!

Media: I would close up shop, because some board personalities don't know what the hell they are talking about.

I mean jesus... I couldn't imagine the pressure of 32 post guys telling me I sucked.

Let me put it this way chief. I respect the decision to settle for biz reasons, I disagree with it, but it's not my decision to make. I won't support or promote a program that does sign with them. What makes me laugh is you guys all on here saying how you did it to protect affiliates and all the other bullshit you're spewing. Have some balls like you guys normally always do and say we did what was best for us and if you don't like it then fuck you.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR.
Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

no disrespect but i think you missed the point of teh epic cash guys saying that they are protecting affiliates. They weretn trying to make excuses for waht they did, they were trying to point out that in the agreement that was signed it specifically says that acacia will never come after any epic cash affiliates based on the settlement with epic cash.
they did say many times that it is for their best interest and if they didnt settle they would have to
                1. close up shop
                2. affiliates wouldnt get paid
                3. acacia more than likely would have reamed them in court to subpeoena their affiliate list

Yeah they got a super special deal with ACACIA sure. I was pretty sure the other guys said they were protecting their affiliates too and if you believe that then I've got a bridge to sell you. It's quite simple you settle with ACACIA to save your biz not your affiliates, so just be honest and then it's all good, i might not agree but it's your biz to run and decision to make not mine.

Why fight with each other? If we all put in this amount of effort into fighting ACACIA as some of us do fighting ourselves then I'm willing to bet these fuckers would back down.

Epic Cash is giving Acacia money for business reasons.

Some affiliates are not going to give Epic Cash money because they signed with Acacia, for business reasons.
