Yah it's not that hard to detect and shut down an image sourcer
in less than a minute. Beyond that random referrer checking all day long against the hits in. PopCash will not only turn the account off for image sourcing, but it'll inject an image stream of a "insulting" pic since the page really wanted an image there.
