Gateway Computer Offers $30 million for USC vs. LSU game

Wow,,,, Thats pretty crazy. I would love to see that game happen. SC will take um!!! But USC got robbed and this would be a good way to find out who really is the best. It could also be the start of a real playoff system in college football... 1vs2 plays winner of 3vs4. Thats basically what would happen here. It could be the Gateway Bowl or something.

The schools were said to be considering the offer.

Anyways just heard that on the radio driving back from Vegas a few minutes ago. Good seing everyone at the show!!!!

majority of these kids aren't real college students, get a fucking playoff system - it adds ONE fucking week to the schedule. Fuck the bowls, they'll still be part of it and make the same money - just one extra game to decide a true champion.

If they played this game they would get that 15 million each plus the normal 15 million you make from just being in the bowl game. Not to mention it could be the biggest and most watched college game ever. They would make a ton!

It would be nice..........Then the BCS can change the bowl format just a little. Every year 1 plays 3 and 2 plays 4 . The 2 winners battle in the GATEWAY BOWL for the title. You can't really argue their top 4. I think the system(bcs) is good enough to get the top 4. USC, LSU , OU and Michigan were easily the 4 best teams.

Well of course they did. They don't want anyone tampering with their outdated, antiquated and severely flawed system because they might actually have to create a playoff.
