I think allowing webmasters to shave rebills in the first place was fucking stupid, but at least you allow us to see which sites are honest or not.
You did the right thing in the end.  |

They never allowed sponsors to shave rebills. They gave sponsors a feature and then sponsors chose to abuse this feature.
There are many legitimate uses for this feature.
