How do designers design shit and give the designs to people without getting paid is what I always wondered. I guess everyone is so greedy that they fall for anything if you flash a nice little money offer in their face. Any designer I ever dealt with got paid half up front and when the finished product was ready got the second half at the same time I got my design. I guess if you bullshit and want more work done with bigger numbers people are so greedy they lose their biz sense. Fucking scammers and people shouldn't be so greedy and they wouldn't get scammed.

I know, you always pay me upfront. And most of my clients are what you can call recurring. They keep coming back mostly so we build a relationship. The problem with Jeff was that he ddin't want to use paypal cause he had some problems with it or something.

In all fairness to Jeff -

All invoices we have sent for design work have been paid. It wasn't immediate, but payment was made as soon as I asked the status (about 2 weeks later).

I do not know the the deal with the other designers, and I didn't post this to downplay their claim. I'm only saying that he does me:-)

is that it takes two steps to chenge that in the ccbill admin.
Normally it is set to unlimited, but if you do check that option the default is stop rebills after 3 months...so he had to fisrt turn the option on then he had to enter a 1 in the box in the place of the 3 that was in there...this cannot happen by itself

Possible, fact is he owes 3 designers money and I know of 2 others who had to treat him with posting on GFY. Make up your own conclusions

Quashe, if he hasnt paid you for the designs, then the copyright to them is fully yours, file a DMCA with his host, their uplink, their uplink, etc. and CC a copy to him. See if you dont get paid then pretty damn quick
