:stop PROOF of perfectiongirls single rebill only?

I haven't promoted PG much, but I checked my ccbill stats between 2003-06-01 and 2004-01-01 (6 months) and found something very interesting. ONE rebill showing on an account that has rebilled THREE times.

This is the info:

Signup Date 14 Oct 2003
First Rebill Date 19 Oct 2003
Subscription Length 30
Next Rebill 17 Jan 2004
Total Rebills 3

My totals show one $12.97 rebill paid to me.

I can screen cap it or provide my account number to ccbill if they want to confirm it.

First cap shows 6 months worth of transactions, second cap shows a specific subscription that has signed up and rebilled 3 times within that period. It's still active. Note that the first cap only shows a single $12.47 rebill credited. I didn't get paid for the other two.

<img src="http://media.sensationcontent.com/rowan/pgnorebill1.jpg">

<img src="http://media.sensationcontent.com/rowan/pgnorebill2.jpg">

Sorry about the width of the caps, that's how the new ccbill interface renders for me...

Looks like he owes you a few bucks, along with the 1000s of webmasters they have fucked over

So if this really was an "accident" will they be paying out all the money they accidentally stole? I hope everyone goes over their stats and documents all the rebills they got robbed on

It would appear there is more than enough to do a class action. A lawyer may take the case on at no initial cost, and just take his fee out of the settlement.

Another thing to consider is that when people go down in civil court, the DA tends to take action in some cases for a following criminal trial.

This is of course assuming CCBill is correct in saying there is no problem on their end. The cases would pretty much revolve around CCBill.

If ccBill claims the error then you are ok as they will need to make it up and no need to pay a lawyer.

Are there no affiliates of pg on this board who have made at least a few sales that have rebilled for a couple of months each? If not, why would any of you still be promoting the program. If I send some sales to a sponsor and only 1 or 2 rebill I just don't promote the sponsor anymore.

Welcome to the answer to the problem.

Keep complaining by all means, though.

But why is CCbill saying it is a program glitch.

But why is CCbill saying it is a program glitch.
Because they've got program owners like Jeff at their booth threatening to have them all beaten within an inch of their lives, or offering to pay a much higher processing fee or handing them a very large check to "make this go away"?

Program glitch doesn't cover it when people are proving that they have only been paid on one rebill for customers that stayed for multiple months.

am i wrong here or i've been shaved 13 rebills?

(1/2/2003 to 1/1/2004 - perfectioncash)

5 rebills paid for:
http://www.villagephotos.com/viewpu...asp?id_=7519056

18 'real' rebills total:
http://www.villagephotos.com/viewpu...asp?id_=7519057

not a lot of money, in fact jeff can keep it. But i'm using other ccbill sponsors and it would suck to have the same 'glitch'

seems like it....

just stop promoting sites who use ccbill, the fact that we now know how easy they can shave and ccbill is covering up for them makes them as guilty as those programs who shaves. It's stealing no matter how they put it and there should be taking legal action...

Wow, this is getting serious. I would like to see a definitive written detailed statement from the CCbill crew at least confirming or denying any sort of glitch with the display or program settings as well as a statement on whether affiliates have been paid according to the program terms.

I will say this, if someone covers up for someone else in this, they sure would be risking a lot (everything?) if caught. This is why I am waiting for the final word from CCbill. I'm sure they know what lying about it would possibly mean for them - and they have much to lose - much more than a few medium sized sponsor programs.

No, in fact all this gives me more confidence in ccbill and i will promote ccbill programs only.

Why should i switch to a sponsor using a processor that doesn't show the rebill info now?

Just add the active/suspended account info/email alert and it will be the perfect processor for affiliates, 100% transparent.

I hate the shaving, but I cant understand why CCBill would have made this information public to the affiliates - unless they fucked up. Their deal is with the owner - not really the affiliate I would have thought.

If I was a company processing with CCBill I would be spewing they made this information available...

Perhaps CCBill did this because they were seeing all the negative responses from affiliates about promoting sites using CCBill. Before this there were a lot of threads from affiliates saying they would promote CCBill due to the possibility of shaving. Now its confirmed...

But on a personal note - I hope this has a MAJOR impact on the cheaters bottom line.

Cant see how its been good business for CCBill either way though.

But on a personal note - I hope this has a MAJOR impact on the cheaters bottom line. If someone was so blatantly shaving me, Id dump them in a second.

We know everyone shaves - but if your caught - well then you should be fucked...

On one note you made here , not every shaves that i am sure of for the fact we dont , and i will make this statment NOW any one that is signed to cash2die4, i will at any time let you see all stats for the fact people do that is more then bull shit to me , fuck man people should be fucking happy they are getting people to push the sites and make them cash and not have to fucking steal it from people !

But on a personal note - I hope this has a MAJOR impact on the cheaters bottom line. If someone was so blatantly shaving me, Id dump them in a second.

We know everyone shaves - but if your caught - well then you should be fucked...

I think it?s wrong to ASSUME that all programs shave, they don?t.
We don't shave and I personally think it is wrong also, the way i see it is long term and that other webmaster that promote our sites under "Cash2die4.com" YOU the webmaster has to put time and effort into promoting and you should be rewarded all the way without being cheated out of your hard earned cash, I guess that some program owners are to small minded to see the bigger picture of rewarding their webmasters to the fullest extent, WHY???? Cos they are so greedy they want it all for themselves.
Well that?s their shortfall and no need to tar everyone with the same brush as these cheaters.
