That option is DISABLED. It is default to stop after 2 rebills but again its DISABLEDDDDDD

i do not shave rebills!

If your rebills aren't going through, it means they have CANCELLED!

Your beef should be with ccbill for the error in displaying the default setting if it was disabled, as it shouldnt show anything unless you set it that way on purpose and are lying.
