Video Editing Question
I have a BMP file (my URL) that I want to turn into a 2 second mpeg, so that I can add it to the end of a 15 second mpeg file.
The merging is fine, but I can't find anything that will create the 2 second mpeg. Please recommend software that can do this... |

Conversion to AVI would also be fine. I tried BMP2AVI but it's no good.

Give a try to TMPGEnc at http://www.pegasys-inc.com/ which is one of the most used and usefull tools

Use Premiere.
Import the .bmp, then stretch it to run for 2 secs. Easy. |
