i still can't believe they are advertising TCG 3.0 .. heh. i remember when they first started advertising it 2.5 YEARS ago and it has yet to be up.

they're usually pretty good with downtime like this and pro-rate everyone. good luck trying to get in touch with anyone though, they never return my emails.
