Paging Carrie: re sponsors shutting down
You said in the "not going to Vegas" thread:
"Why go to make business deals when Visa is going to start shutting sites down in a few weeks? So you can listen to sponsors lie about their chargeback percentages?" How many are shutting down? VISA can shut sites down? or is this more of a de facto effect of the 'fines'? Would the whole $10 or $1 sites strategy forestall the 1% CB issue?
