epassporte problems?

Anyone else having troubles with epassporte? Every email I send to support bounces back - basically all email to anyone at epassporte.com

Yes, I have the same, it should be temporary, the email area is working now, the account stats area should be back soon probably.

I'm being screwed up by this bunch of incompetents as well.

Tried tolog in to get my email address so someone could pay us to our email address, 3 times it told me it was the wrong password and now I'm locked out for 24 hours.

So as they refuse to send an email to confirm payment I have no way of verifing they did.

Just as well they gat abot 2% of our business and I see it going down not up.

Does KK still work for them?

I manage to send them an email, but it's more problematic to actually get a reply.
It takes them forever to reply, and all they say is they will contact me again once my issue is resolved.
All I asked for was my virtual credit card info, since I deleted the welcome e-mail that contained it by mistake

I had exzactly the same thing earlier, said I have been locked from my account.
Went to a local cash machine and was able to withdraw money fine though.

Yeah, I also had the problem signing in, and my account is blocked for 24 hours now (because of the 3 times false login)

I hope it's just a temporary problem

It still shows the same message, but I could withdraw money today from an ATM, so it's some sort of a temporary server problem.

If you'll email me your logins, I'll be happy to have someone check it out -- there was an email server issue the other day but there are no problems with it today that I know of.

On another note -- our system periodically requires you to change your password -- your original email you used to sign up for the account is the one that is used to notify you of this when it is required. If you've changed up something in your details there is a slim possibility this may not have reached you.

But instead of bitching (ahem, charly) and never getting with me to see about a resolution, try contacting me when you have a problem. I'm almost never more than 12 hours away from an answer.

Now I'm locked out for 24 hours for using the wrong password - which happened to be the right password.

No-one has written to me telling me to change my password - this is not the sort of service you want from someone who is handling your money.

Steve, I did not say that ALL the passwords had been changed. I know that is not the case. One of my accounts was changed the other day, but not the others, and it had been probably a good ten months or more since it had been changed, so it's not something thats being done frequently either.

I just checked my [email protected] email and darned if I can find anyone emailing me their account name and telling me they are locked out and want some help. Am I missing something here? ;)

I can't help if you don't ask.

I've just made this:

I've clicked on the "Lost password / User ID" link and chose a new password. I can now login without any problems.

Kimmy,

There was some kind of problem. I never got an email re: change of password, but got locked out. I just got a response from support, asking me to call epassporte on the customer service number. On hold now - so hopefully it will get sorted.

Back on the 11th of June 03 I emailed you with an epassporte problem - I never got a reply - is it any wonder I'm in no hurry to ask this time?

If I got an email from you, it was answered in less than a day. If you didn't get a reply, maybe you would have been better off to re-mail me and see what was up. Everyone here, happy or unhappy, that has emailed me for ePassporte stuff, has gotten an answer. In some cases it hasn't been one they liked, but they got it.
