CRP...

NationalNet does not use any type of messenger services. They are unreliable and flakey, at best.

We have numerous methods of contacting us. If you are a current client simply use http://www.mynatnet.com , or via telephone toll-free at 1.877.471.9075 Option 1 , or email at [email protected]

If you are not a customer you can call us via telephone at the above number, or you can email [email protected].

If it is truly an emergency PLEASE let me stress that you use the phone...we have System Adminstrators manning the phones 24x7x365.

Do you have a telephone? You could call them up and ask if they offer support that way. I'm sure you would have gotten all contact information you would have needed if you're currently a client.

Cheers,
Matt

Yes he does.

I'm sure you'd have a reply by now if you emailed them, or you would have been off of the phone already.

Cheers,
Matt

Just a personal feeling I have, but it seems strange you'd try to start a business relationship with a company on a message board?

A better approach would have been to email sales@ and ask to be directed to the proper contact.

Cheers,
Matt

You might want to read above, Sweet T(who is the owner of National-net) said they do not use instant messangers or aim. Email or Call them.

CRP....

I am sure that I would like to talk business with you, but you have to understand that noone at NationalNet is allowed to have any type of messenger service. We had too many situations where our clients would try to contact us via ICQ and not reach us and then be mad when we never actually got the message.

As I said before it is unreliable and we don't use it.

Do you not have a phone or email? I generally do not talk business with people who do not have a phone but I might make an exception this time if you want to email me tony (AT) natnet (DOT) com

SweetT,

you might want to check on Andrew. I thought I saw some cops chasing a Ryder truck chase in Texas last night on CNN. Some guy was throwing server parts at the cops as he swerved all over the road. He was screaming something along the lines of Big Fish eats little fish. lol
