6- ok, but not original, colors could change too

10- NO! looks exactly like a modeling agency
11- teenagers

14- looks like Nike, and what about the high heel shape???

I'm just saying what it makes me think of...But of course, it would be much more easier if I could see the website, or know the style of the website...

Use more the RED color, its the color of masculinity...energy, power... and maybe a man symbol?

I like number 2 ... but the font needs some work... get rid of the up swish on the "M" and reverse the "n" so it looks like a "n"

There's a handful of good ones there but I like 11 the best.

I agree to a point....we really don't know what way you're going to take the site so it's hard to choose....

Will you be going a more corporate path? Or casual? Will it be a shopping site? News? Sports? A little bit of everything?

Just going by the logos, I like one....just something about it...although I'm only the 3rd person to choose it...hehe

Depends on what you're going to do with the site.


When you spend 1.3 mill for a site, you hire an ad agency to do the logo and you test it aginst your target demographics.

Let me say that again. When you spend 1.3 mil on a site name, it's time to hire pros and test!!!!!!!! Hire a consultant to do the testing too. Both should have experience in the target demographics.

Other than that, I like 15 the best. It doesn't totally knock my socks off though.

i like most of the logos. The point of a logo is not to make you say WOW what a design, but to be easy branded. The designer used knows that and I say he is perfect for this.

LOL. I go against the grain of traditional ways of doing things. Always have always will.

We produce all our TV commercials ourselves. I'll never forget when we sent the first tape for a spot that was airing on MTV for a teen music line and the broadcast manager called and said "you've got to be kidding me with this piece of crap commercial you sent us. I guarantee you you're wasting your ad money if you think kids are going to call this 900 number from this silly spot". I told him just run it and we'll see. 500,000 calls later from that spot he ate his words.

I like #7 but with the colors of #14, would be nicer.. or something a little mellow.
Also the logo design depends on whats going on the site... i'm not sure what your plannin on putting there, but the logo should reflect it in some way..

KRL, while pussyluvr makes some valid points imo, you do speak from vast experience.....that said 11,14,15 are alright but don't exactly blow me away. I don't know, in general they all seem kinda 'flat' if you know what I mean....could have some winners in the bunch with some more work on them though.

I think colored backgrounds aborb too much attention away from the focal point and it gets lost.
