ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- Two cable company employees face animal-cruelty charges in the death of a cat who allegedly was tied to the bumper of a company truck and then dragged along at a high rate of speed. The cat died from its injuries.

"I've seen some really bad things in my 27 years here, but this is up there. To do something like this to an animal, it's despicable," Brown said. He said the cat lost one leg and its sex cannot be determined because its body was so mutilated.

eye for an eye justice is the best. someone should tie those two to a back bumper of a semi for awhile
