This is guy is definite scum. Not least because of what he's doing to the long term prospects for people selling memberships to legitimate sites of their own. This a classic "fuck-the-rest-of-the-world" complex, the person doing this is obviously out for maximum short term profit, leaving the other people at the party to clean up afterwards.
