I am very good friends with the Police Chief here in the small, conservative town I live in. We have done pictures outdoors and he is aware of them. We even talked about them. He was very clear that he could not ticket the model or myself unless I was caught. Also, unless there is signs and specifc landmarks, showing EXACTLY where you are here were located at the time of the pictures it would be very difficult for them to prove.

I would not sweat this and I will tell her he same. Get yoru lawyer to handle it. He should know exactly what to do.
